Came here while I waited for someone to pick me up. I didn’t look at their reviews prior to coming. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or anything. I was told the price would be $45 for a gel pedicure. I was taken to a seat right away. I sat down & she ran the water. She began working on my feet right away. She didn’t allow my feet to soak or anything. She was rushing immediately. She was cutting & pulling skin that didn’t need to be cut. It was hurting & I was bleeding. I kept telling her to leave pieces alone. She did a good job getting my dead skin off. I just felt the services were rushed. I was in the chair all of 20 mins. Including the polish. I didn’t get a massage after. She also didn’t lotion my feet. She just put some Vaseline on my heels. She did help me put my shoes & socks on

I stopped going to the place to get my nails done because I felt like there were always rushing and the money was worth it, so I started going to a nail tech for my nails and coming for a pedicure. I was long overdue for a treatment day, so I came back and got a full set and pedicure. I should have stuck with what I know. #13 did my pedicure yesterday with no issues but then I come back today for a full set and left unsatisifed. I got french tips and he only did one layer of white gel on my nails, so it is still see through of the base color. I expected a full bold white layer especially paying $61.00, so I think I will resume with my nail tech and go strictly for pedicures only at the nail salon

I had an appointment for 10:30am ! I got there on time and everyone was busy! Took little bit and the older man took me in for my foot first, he was rushing it but while in the process this lady refused that one of the ladies won’t do her nails so guess what, she was waiting for this older man 👴 who had put nail remover on cotton and wrapped my finger nails with aluminum foil the whole time while he was doing my Foot 🦶. I remember the older man telling me how my nails are strong 💪 healthy and beautiful! But after doing my foot he did not even excuse me, but rather moved to the lady who refused one of the ladies service and was waiting for him at his station. He asked me to sit at a different station and asked someone else to do my nails 💅. He started doing her nails and did her foot as

Service was quick but professional, the guy that did my nails was very nice and did not hurt my hand like some nail salons do. I will definitely do business again. Thank you 😊

Peter won me over when I lost my card and didn't have enough cash, he told me to come back tomorrow. Plus they were there after 830 to finish my service without complaint. Luckily, PNC was in the center and I could get a one time access code from the app for cash. I love going to Peter. But everyone is great. Out of the 50 or more visits over the past few years I only had one where I wasn't thrilled about the outcome. (Peter wasn't the tech, it was just a pedi where the paint was wonky) Peter is fast, accurate, and pays attention to detail; sometimes I have to stop him. Saying if people are looking that closely at my nails they need a life. But he's fantastic. I wish I knew everyone else's names. Lynn is great and funny too.
