Kim's Nails

I’ve been going to Kim’s nails for about 4 years now. They even recognize my voice when I call. They always get me in when I want and take really good care of me. I highlight recommend Kim’s nails to anyone wanting great nails and awesome service.

First time customer. Kim did an amazing job with coverage and shape. While neutral “plain” nails may seem simple, they can be the hardest because flaws are easily noticeable. I love this set! I’ve been going to salons in Katy and getting way overcharged for crap work. Will be returning. Also, I highly recommend making an appointment! 🚨 The place was packed at 9:30 this morning! ❤️

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I arrived, I asked for my Acrylic Nails to be removed and requested a regular manicure and pedicure. Despite stating multiple times that I did not want gel, I was asked again if I wanted it. The owner, Kim, and another staff member were engaged in their own conversation, completely ignoring me. The woman who did my toes, Ona, was the only one who showed any professionalism and kindness. However, the other staff member, who I can only describe as voluptuous, seemed more interested in gossiping with Kim than providing quality service. To make matters worse, my nails were left uneven, with acrylic still hanging off, and there was paint on my hands. I was mortified by their behavior and the lack of attention to detail.

Kelly at Kim’s nails is fabulous!! I lost a whole nail, but she did the best she could with it. It looks great..

I like to go to Kim nails so Kim can wax my eyebrows because she do a really good job and fast that's why I give Kim nails 5 stars I recommend to anybody to go to Kim
