Kim's Nails II

My first manicure and pedicure. I am a sixty year old man that works outside doing heavy construction work. I did this to accommodate my Ukrainian fiance. The first thing they look at is your hands. I did not want to look like a lumberjack like I usually do! It was a great experience! I still maintain my man card! LOL I will definitely go back for special occasions.

I’ve usually had good experiences here, but unfortunately, today was disappointing. The young lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and polite, but it was clear she was new. During the service, she accidentally sliced the crease of my big toe with one of the cuticle tools. It bled for quite a while, but I chose to stay and finish the pedicure because I didn’t want to leave with bare nails, and I also didn’t want to make her feel worse. She apologized, and despite everything, my toes do look nice. However, I still paid the full $55 for the pedicure, and my toe is cut badly enough that it hurts to walk or put any pressure on it. I understand mistakes happen, especially when someone is new, but I would have appreciated some acknowledgment from management or at least a discounted service gi
