Kim's Nails

This was my first experience getting my nails professionally done and I needed a full set. I also went in for a pedicure. The whole vibe for the experience was incredibly unfriendly. The pedicure itself is not something I would recommend. I put my feet in warm water and got my nails painted but that was the extent of the experience. My feet were left rough. The water was just water, no oils or things pretending it was worth the price. I don’t think picking the cheapest option of $30 constitutes as creating a subpar experience. It was all of 10-15 minutes. The tech said not a single word to me. The full set manicure took maybe 45 minutes total. This was my 4th time getting my nails done at Kims, I've had one pedicure there so far also. Everytime I've gone I've loved the results and the experience. The nail artists are all very nice and have done my nails exactly the way I've asked. Pictures are my most recent visit! ** I've added some pictures of my visits after this initial review. Jenny is amazing! She always does flawless work on my nails. She is gentle and kind during your visit while at her station. She is artistic and talented with her designs or if you tell her specifically what you want/like. I Highly recommend her work.
