Kim's Nails

Kim is a wonderful nail tech! She does a great job and her nail art is superb! Prices are reasonable, the shop is always clean and everyone is very friendly.

I had called ahead to set up an appointment, if needed, to get nail dip powder color done on my nails. The lady on the phone told me to come in now. When I arrive, the lady I spoke to was already doing someone else’s nails. She had that lady wait to finish while she did my nails. She didn’t do anything I asked for; I ended up with just acrylic nails with gel polish. I still like the color (only thing I’m happy with), but it doesn’t have the look of the powder dip I wanted. The acrylic nails I am fine with, but they are all weirdly shaped, not smooth or uniform; not to mention there are two fingers that have different sizes on either hand. I was wanting to start getting my nails done regularly, but it definitely won’t be here. Seems like the lady who did my nails just wanted to make a few q

I have been to Kim’s nail a couple times now. The ombré nails have been my favorite so far. Will have to do them again next time even though they are more expensive. Thankful for this little nail salon in Charlotte 🙂

Kim is always amazing. Does a great job. By far best around. And always treats you like family.
