Kim's Nails

I don't know her name but she was NOT listening to me and had a attitude the entire time! I was asking her to fill in the French Tips multiple times and she nodded and continued to do it wrong. The line work is messy and uneven, the design on my finger looks like a child did it, and it's not what I wanted. I see why they have a 2.7/10

I’ve been to this salon before and I’ve never had an issue before. I came in yesterday to get my nails removed, get a pedicure, and an acrylic overlay. They started with my nails i don’t the lady’s name but she was older. Now, I know you’re supposed to let the nails soak but I was under the impression that she was doing something different to get them off so I let her do her thing. I felt little pinches but I knew that was normal when removing nails but I had no idea she was ripping my nails off. When she finished the first hand I was so hurt I started crying because I love my nails and now they’re messed up. I don’t like writing reviews on places that I previously had good experiences with but this was too much. My nails are ruined and I won’t be able to get them done for months! I di

I absolutely love Kim nails. There work is gorgeous they have reasonable prices and have extremely good costumer service! I am a loyal customer and i’m so glad I found them their amazing ! ❤️

Worst experience ever, never going back. I got my toes, hands, and eyebrow’s down. Nails weren’t polished great at all, and my eyebrows, one eye brow is thicker then the other… never again.

The nails were cute, my only issue is that the guy was very rough on my nails yesterday which caused three of my fingers to bleed. I don’t know if this is normal or not being that this was my first time with acrylics, but washing my hands/taking a shower was extremely difficult because my fingers burn so bad.
