Kim's Hair Plus

Horrible customer service, I will not be stepping foot in there again! After being watched almost the entire time, I tried to get help and she didn’t have the answer for me so I brushed that off (assuming this is the owner). During check out, I asked her if she was doing ok this morning because she was not very friendly and dry with me but found time to be pleasant with other customers. Unsure if it’s because I was exchanging something or not, but I had to bag my own items and gather my own receipts. Just an overall unpleasant experience.

Terrible customer service. The cashier does not speak nor help. Plenty of options. Prices are okay. Wish there was a black owned hair store with comparable products that I could support. I will never spend my $ at this store again.

I just attempted to return a bottle of UNOPENED Mielle Shampoo, and SHOWED them the change in ingredient list. Bought it 36hrs ago. Unopened. Unused. The lady walked away and let her son "handle" it. He simply said, "No" and asked me to look at the receipt. No returns. Offered me a store credit, but WHY would I EVER go back when EVERY other retailer in America allows returns for UNOPENED items.A waste of $16.50. Do NOT support. They DON'T care about you OR your money. I spent over $225.00, and have supported them for years, but they should NOT continue to benefit if they couldn't care less about us OR our hair. Also, the mother/older lady's attitude is atrocious. Avoid. Find another hair store who doesn't mind dealing w/black people. Your dignity is WORTH the drive.

I bought a 2 headband wig from here before and loved them. I came today to get another one but the lady (i think is the owner) seems to be having a bad day (which we all have so I wasnt trippin). I couldnt see the tags on the halfwigs (which might be a marketing strategy) so I had to ask her the prices. After asking for 2 prices she seems annoyed (heavy sighing, annoyed face). How are you annoyed when all the price tags are n the back? Not to mention one of my friends said she was followed around the whole store while shopping. I wont be back
