Kim’s Beauty Supply Store

Great customer service here! I came to get some hair extensions for my niece and the worker, I think her name was Briana, was very friendly and helped me in choosing what would best work for my niece. It’s great to have a spot like this in Orange County.

Came to the store at 4:30, to a sign saying they would be back from lunch at 4:40, so I waited. Doors remained locked and no one came to open the store until 5:10 30 mins after they said they would. I wouldn’t recommend this store if you value your time, this isn’t the first review about this either, so it’s clearly a regular occurrence. Just unprofessional. As a black woman in an area where it’s already hard to find beauty supply stores, it’s really disappointing that your business follows the stereotype of black people not being able to open on time.

Great store if they were actually open the hours they claim to be!!! They opened at 11 today, showed up at 11:40pm there was a sign saying closed until 12:25pm for a break.... stayed in thr area ran errands....comes back at 1 pm and there's a new time on the of 1:25pm. The lady doing lashes stated yeah the girl in charge working came and left again. Sooo if you value your time definitely call and make sure they answer before you make the drive. Good selection and prices but if you are only open 11 to 4 how is someone taking a break at 1130 to 130??

I was there there other day and was blown away by the customer service. Think her name was Breana. She did an excellent job helping me find the hair that I needed. Would def come back
