The business is in a Black Community so why have issues with your regular customers. They follow u around as well as over charge for items they have priced for example it says 3.99 but charged 4.99. She talks crazy to her customers when they ask her a question. Customer service and english are at a LOW. They act like they do not understand their customers.(Update: Now they got an old man and a young women working. Did they get rid of older women or is she singing in the background?) I know a form of racism when i see it. Have lived all over various Countries with different ppl n cultures. I will not spend money here because of what Ive seen: business owner vs. customers.

My mom and I experienced rude service while shopping there. When the sales woman realized how much we were willing to spend she tried to explain herself and act nicer towards us. Their products are dated and look old. Never stop here. Black dollars matter.

She doesn't ring the items, which means she overcharges. She gives you a price off the top of her head. If you don't watch her she will have you paying more then the items actually cost. She will also accuse you of stealing if you walk around unsure of what your purchasing. I miss the last owner😭

Kim's had a wonderful selection and a great variety of beauty supplies, including miscellaneous accessories. I was greatly disappointed in their customer service, which really surprised me! Usually in places such as this, they're tailing and eyeballing you throughout your visit. However, this particular day I was ignored right up until I was walking out of the store, when I was asked if I needed any help. 😒. At the time that I needed help, I was the only customer in the store and I patiently waited for the woman to come to me or something. 🥺. Although that was a"rare" occurence for this store (I'm sure), I can't bring myself to return. 😞

I went here yesterday evening. The lady with the blonde/pink/brown, etc coloured hair was very rude towards me, extremely unprofessional, & used excessive foul language. As soon as I got to the register she made a degrading comment about my appearance, which I was appalled. Then she didn’t give me my change back! It was a total mess! would rate this business zero stars if i could! I wouldn’t dare spend my funds here ever again!
