Kim's Barber Shop

Went with my son to get a cut. She has the patience of a saint. Her prices are more affordable than the other shops around. She does great military cuts too. My husband and son looked great. Im a customer for life.

Good service for the price compared to the barbershop inside JBLM. I would go back again to get my haircut here. It is also close to the sewing shops for uniforms.

Nice lady, but she needs to listen to the customer. Her preference is not mine. When I tell you to let me show you where my part is, listen. She cut 2 different parts on my hair because she didn’t listen. She kept insisting to cut the top on my hair shorter. I asked for a simple drop fade and gave me a double part. She also slightly nicked the top on my hair and now there’s a tiny buzz spot and noticeable to my hair. I regret walking into this shop.

I went in today, 17 November, and I was surprised how well she cut my hair. I'm African-American, and was looking for a fade and a line up, and she did a great job. I got more compliments on my cut from her then I got after cuts from other shops around Lakewood. Her shop is nice and quite also, so you can relax a bit before she is ready. Give her a shot, she's got skills.
