I went to this location because it was new to me and I was happy about my nails from a different salon. I needed a fill anyways so I went it and I told them the shape and style I wanted and I left loving my nails and have been going back since. The staff here is really friendly, patient and communicative. I always leave being obsessed with my nails I have found my new salon 1000/10!!!! I highly recommend. I also only have been going for a cpl of weeks almost a month now.

Kimnails had an amazing technician on doing my air brush nails their kindness and compliments through the appointment made me and my mom feel welcome and comfortable.i definitely loved our experience with kimnails.

By far one of the best nail salons and spa in the Lansing area I've been to for 15 years and my mom for 30 years. They look out not only for your nails well being and presentation, but your own mental and emotional well-being. They're so down to earth, talented, and understanding of your needs and life situations. I've been taken care of here alone by all the nail techs here and they are all so sweet and gifted in their craft. They take sanitation very seriously as well as their work, which is good to know especially after dealing with COVID cases. They keep things orderly, professional and safe. Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I went in with a fill appointment and told the artist I would like French tips. I told her whatever that included to do I’d pay for it. She proceeded to fill my nails and put painted French tips on me with every old layer of fill showing through the clear coat. I told her that I didn’t like it and her and the nail artist beside her told me that I had scheduled a fill so that’s what I got. I then had her just paint them white because it looked absolutely horrible. She then sealed the white coat and FILED the seal off the end of my nails and within a couple days the gel nail polish is peeling off of my nails.

Such a great place to go, friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. My technician, Paul, was the epitome of kindness and professionalism. I will be coming back again and soon!
