Even before setting a consultation, she communicated through email with me, asking questions to figure out what I was looking for, and to see what we were working with in terms of my hair. She was totally understanding and made me feel excited about the process. She was patient with me while I tried to decide if I wanted to embrace my gray hairs. It was not a short process to start to remove the many years of black box dye I had used, but Kimberly made the entire process seem smooth and relaxing and the results are incredible.
