I hadn’t had my hair done since my wedding three years ago, so I wanted to add some blonde dimension for Christmas. Something natural, golden, and low-maintenance. I went to high school with Robby Felix so I’ve known him for a long time and not surprised that he absolutely nailed it! The color is like it’s growing out of my head with the perfect sun-kissed glow that brightens my hair without feeling overdone. It blends so beautifully that it looks effortless, and it’s already growing out gracefully. Not only is the color stunning, but the entire experience was amazing. I've been going to Robby Felix since he was in beauty school, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. When he was in school I was blown away (no pun intended) at how good my hair looked from someone in school that I continued to see him during and after he graduated. Life happened and I had to go to someone else and my hair was brassy and stripey looking. I tried cutting it myself (big mistake!) and made it worse. Robby brightened my color, fixed my haircut, and brought my hair back to life. It’s a work in progress, but I’d rather let my hair grow out and not look done before going anywhere else again. I have been going to Erick for five years. Color, cut, mask, he's the best. Half the time I don't even know what I want so I just tell him to do whatever he thinks will look best and I'm always blown away by the final look. The salon is also THE CUTEST salon in LA and they use only the best products. Highly recommend.

Sophia Sahn is not fit to cut a plant! She destroyed my hair, chopped it into a V, thinned it and butchered off 15 inches when I all asked for was a trim, no more than an inch and layers in front. Completely ruined my long healthy hair. She kept trying to push other overpriced services. Total fraud and cares nothing about customer just the bottom dollar.
