I am having the best pedicure of my life at this place first time in, friendly, clean, family owned we need to support this spot! I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Khanh, did my service but the ladies were super nice too!

Great colors kim helped me decide to choose from so many colors I was being undescicive Kim helped Me with showing me her new multi colors she just got in stock beautiful colors that change colors like mood ring thank you Kim for staying overtime hours and for having patience with me thank you

Acrylic Nails popping off after 5 days. I have photos with time/date details of when taken, but they refuse to re-do for free since I work out of state and cannot get back right away. She said they only gaurantee the work for 48 hours. I chose Kim Nails because of some positive reviews that I read here. Also people said that they had good prices. Unfortunately my experience was not as good. I called first to check on prices, they said Fill and gel is $30. But first he said $40, then changed to $35 as I did not understand how it went up $10 from the quote. Then he reminded me that he put 2 tips on my nails, I said "Oh yea- that is right, but not $10." So I agreed to pay $35. $2.50 per nail tip is too much, but whatever. I still tipped the guy $6.00. BUT the worst part of my experience is

Used to be a regular, moved back and went in this morning for a pedicure. After it was started I saw a different shade of color I liked better. Pedicure was good but not Fantastic and when bill time came I was told $60!! Because I picked a gel color, but WAS NOT TOLD IT WAS AN ADDED CHARGE! I have NEVER PAID THAT MUCH HERE! Warning, get a price before work is done! Will not be back!!!!

A small family run business, with a focus on excellent customer service. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Their employees do not rush, listen to their customers and provide suggestions to make your visit more enjoyable. They greet each customer as they arrive and thank them as they leave. A very enjoyable visit. Their skills are unprecedented in the industry.
