Kim Nails

im actively sitting in my car bawling my eyes out. I went in to just get the left hand on my nails trimmed and he trimmed all of them despite me actively begging him not to touch my right hand. Were very chunky, he left the edges unpainted, uneven tips, I asked him to do a star in the middle and he did white despite me asking for pink, son had to take over, did the wrong color again. I was trying my hardest not to cry. Christmas is ruined!!!!

Absolutely horrible. I got acrylic nails put on and it took almost 2.5 hours and all I got was a simple French tip. Not only that but he cut me 2x with his nail which is SO GROSS to me. I’d rather be cut with tools. The French that was done was horrible. The service was horrible and they kept trying to upsell me even for the 7th time they asked me I said no. I paid $60 and my nails looked better natural going on than when I left. Not only that but it was for Christmas time and MY GRANDPA gave me money to go and get them fixed cause even he knew they did a horrible job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK it was unsanitary and unsatisfactory.

The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. They had a laptop connected to their tv, and allowed us to change or put on what we wanted to watch (we didn't, but they offered). They did an excellent job on our nails ! I got shellac nails and my daughter just had hers painted. She put sparkles and the snowflakes on at no extra cost to us ! Very reasonably priced nail salon and was very happy with the results. Had my nails for about 3 weeks before they started to finally chip away from wear ! Highly reccomend.

Best nail salon in Sault Ste Marie without a doubt. The price is right, and Kim is so kind and thorough! These are the best nails I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been to countless salons in the sault and Ottawa. Also I have sensitive nail beds and I often leave salons in pain but there was zero pain with Kim. She is so gentle and very professional. Her husband and son also do nails and I’ve heard they are also great. The one star reviews are shocking to read. What a great family and great experience, 10/10!

They are fanominal. The environment is friendly. Always walk out feeling amazing. Will highly recommend.
