Kim Nails and Spa INC

Nails looked horrible when I walked out after calling ahead and speaking in detail about what I wanted prior to my nails being started. Less than 4 days later they started peeling up and chipping. The design was embarrassing. If you don’t have someone that is able to do a service well, don’t list it as a provided service. My nails are also in very poor shape following this visit. One shows damage from removal.

i went with a friend who recommended the place, i got a mani pedi. while i was getting my pedicure done the woman took her time, making it very comfortable. i then got my nails done by Denny with an inspiration picture, he did amazing. theyre not thick and they look genuine.

I have been going to Kim's Nails and Spa for 18 years. Their shop used to be by me for years, when they moved to Binghamton, I started driving an hour to continue having my nails done by Tony. Kim and Tony run the best nail salon I ever been to, all of the technicians are friendly. When walking in you are always greeted and you don't feel like you are just a number. Their prices are amazing and they have so many choices. If you are looking for an amazing nail salon with great employees, this is the place for you! My nails look amazing every time! I have never had a problem with my nails. In fact, I worked on machinery for more than 10 years and never had one break or fall off even with my nails full of grease and oil.

I wanted elegant french nails to make my hands look more feminine. Also I wanted to add something USA Flag themed to embrace my holiday. Miss Kim did try her best but I really hate it. I also got a cut during the process .And I hate that there is no talking and trying to find out what the customer really wants. I showed her pictures which she didnt really seem to care for. She did it her way and I am the kind of person who doesnt want to hurt someones feelings when they did their best. Im still doing it because it took 1 day and I got them removed again. Multiple people told me it looked bad and asked me where I had gone. Im very sad and I want to say I wish nail salons staff should try to be more understanding. Also feel like I was trying to explain myself but didnt feel really heard. C

I took my two 6 year old daughters here and they treated them amazing! My one child has ADHD and has trouble sitting still and messed up her nails a few times and they fixed them without even asking or charging me which was one of my fears bringing them so young. But we had a great time and they got lolipops at the end. Would definitely recommend them!
