Just left where I wanted to exchange (not a refund simply a swap for the correct hair color) the unopened hair I purchased here just a few days ago for a different color. You could tell I never opened it as it was stapled closed. The same person that rang me just a few days ago refused to make the switch qnd said i needed to go to the other location to ask the general manager but it was unlikely that i would be able to switch. Again I didn't open the pack at all- I wanted the color #2 and #4 was what I actually received. I've shopped here for years but this is my last time shopping somewhere with such poor customer service.

I am going to make this story short my daughter had a makeup fan and she asked me if she can purchase it. I said yes so after gathering all our items and taking it to the register. The woman who works in this establishment came up to my child and said give me give me without even questioning whether or not if we was going to purchase the item. I expressed to her not to talk to my child in that manner and if she felt that she needed the fan from my daughter She should have spoken with me. I instructed her that she should have just asked were we going to purchase it long with the other items we had. By this point my daughter had given her the fan and she has stated to me she can speak however she want and she did not need to ask me from permission to get the fan back. At this point I have l
