Very pleased with the attention of the sales specialist Valerie. She was very kind in explaining and showing me various new nail polishes. The store was neat and organized and it was a pleasure shopping here. The prices are clear and affordable.

Went in there this weekend 12/26 mid afternoon, excited to try this new brand and there was absolutely no one to be found expect a stock person filling the floors (which was very sweet). She helped me get a lipgloss I didn’t see out, from the back. The two short girls at the register were extremely rude and looked annoyed as if they didn’t apply for the job ! They asked who helped and I said the girls name, they said in Spanish to just put it under themselves, the one checking me out proceeded to slam my glosses on the counter in front of me after I said I didn’t need a bag. Instead of just stealing peoples sales they should learn to go out there and sell & actually do their job.

This store has fantastic choice for Kiko, which is very nice due to small amount of stores of this cosmetics in the USA. Big variety of products especially the most popular once are always available. However the management should be fired for lack of competence. The store is in very poor condition, very dirty, the samples are dirty, small amount of napkins and makeup remover. There are no visible trash cans, all the mirrors are dirty and the make up station is not functioning at all. The workers at the store do not provide any expertise on the product, and spend their time chatting behind the desk in the end of the store not interacting or interested in communicating with the customers. I could literally take as much of product as i want and just leave the store and nobody would notice.

Went into the store for the very first time ever, the store was recommended to me by a friend, I decided to shop there for my girlfriend. Michael the manager was extremely inpatient with me being that I didn’t have any knowledge on what to get, he was super passive aggressive and disrespectful towards me in his tone, left me to shop on my own and when I finally made it to the register he continued to snark at me and be rude. I decided to not purchase and leave the store. I truly hope the Kiko management and HR can find a more professional manager who’s willing to give assistance and patience to his customers. But most importantly respect the customers who come in to the store to spend money. My first experience with the associate himself was terrible. The store is very lovely itself.

I stopped here July 18! What a wonderful experience with Jessica ! She approached me with a kiko back to shop, I told her it was my first time purchasing the brand she showed me everything! Took her time to explain the products !! I learned so much about kiko and I haven’t had a makeup experience like this in forever made me love shopping for makeup compared to other places ! This was fantastic stop I ended up purchasing 3 glosses 2 eyeshadow sticks and a highlighter gorgeous!! I cannot wait to return !!
