The store is okay, it has a large selection and good prices. The lady of Indian origin with a name starting with S shouldn’t even be working there her basic English made it very hard to communicate. I didn’t understand 90% of what she said, and she also poorly matched the lip liner to my lipstick. I’m wondering what the employee selection process looks like, because it’s a disaster!

Stephanie is amazing! I came in totally lost trying to find makeup for my daughter’s Sweet 16, and she made the whole experience fun and easy. Even with the store being packed, she stayed so kind and focused on us. Such great customer service! 💕

Horrible store. They need to close already. The makeup is horrendous and cheap just like their customer service. Safe your money and go across to Sephora. Too many lazy people working there. Too many rude workers why don’t know what they’re doing are doing!

Young Indian girl was so unprofessional and clearly doesn’t know how to do makeup. All she does is take photos of herself and not attend to customers. It seems like they just hire anybody here, such a joke. Store is always dirty too.

I had a terrible experience at this store. I went in for the Labor Day sale on Saturday when I was constantly being followed by an Indian woman who had no product knowledge whatsoever so I don’t know why she was standing over me the entire time! I think she just wanted to make a sale without actually helping me. She was so serious the entire time. She was rushing all the customers I guess for sales. This is not good customer service at all. It was obvious the woman does not like her other colleague as she was being mean to her at the register. Other than an unpleasant experience I was happy with my purchases and the products. I would like to shop again but not with someone standing over me like that again.
