I recommend you try and buy online. Took my mom there on Jan 26, 2026 at around 11:15am and the girl working there seemed did not enjoy customer service at all. My mom felt uncomfortable. Great product and price though

I came to check out this store after I received one of their lip glosses for Christmas. This is a hidden gem! I walked in and everything was clean. I immediately felt right at home. The staff was soooo friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find everything I didn’t know I was looking for! I became a loyalty member and now I have ZERO plans to shop anywhere but here. Can’t wait to go back!

I went to my Favorite make up store today "KIKO Milano" on Lincoln Rd and met Jackie Jorge, who did a fantastic job at helping me pick & match the products and tones I needed. Thanks so much for your help and for elevating my shopping experience with your knowledge and great energy. This store always has great products and amazing prices. I highly recommend it.

Some of my girlfriends and I were in Miami for a work trip and popped into Kiko randomly because I wanted a lip gloss. Over 3 hours later, we left. Jackie George was AMAZING!!! she gave all 3 of us a makeover, taught us each something we wanted to know, and we all left with a ton of new products at a super reasonable price! This is my new favorite makeup line I never knew existed. A month later and my friends and I are still talking about and perfecting our " Jackie George" eyes and lips!
