I asked for ‘healthy 2 inch trim’, same style I’ve had. Told Kiki I air-dry, no tools, it just falls into place. She ended up chopping off way more—like twenty inches from the top. Now I’ve got this weird, uneven mess sticking out everywhere like a plucked chicken. I don’t even know what haircut this is supposed to be. Total disaster. The pix before and after

Dear Kiki, I can't reply to your comment but I never said anything about layers. I mentioned several times that I just wanted a healthy 2-inch trim. Even if you decided to give me the layers, they were cut uneven, very short, and pointing in different directions. I can't have my hair down and will need a correction-haircut when they grow-out -- thank a lot

This is a beautiful salon and Kiki is a exceptionally talented and personable stylist. She takes time with me and really listens to my needs and goals for the cut/color. If she can do good things for my baby fine thinning hair she can do anything!
