I love Kiki’s! I’ve been getting the gel x for a year now. It’s so long lasting and always looks great! Everyone that works there is talented and super sweet. Highly recommend.

I've always visited this place and have always liked the work of the employees, but I went back today and wasn't satisfied with the service. Blanca attended to me, and I think she was in a hurry. The machine was very hot, and the work wasn't delicate or professional. It didn't hurt at first, but it did later when I got home. I'm disappointed. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but when you pay for a service and leave a tip, you expect to receive good quality service in return.

I had my nails done there twice before and the service was fine. But when I went back a third time, I had a technician named Jenny — and it was a horrible experience. She was rough, impatient, and did my nails like a 5-year-old would. My nails looked like someone just slapped clay on my fingers.

I got my gel manicure after 7 months of not wearing any nail polish because my nails got thinner from the gel manicure. Kiki is the one who did my nails and I’ve been going there for a long time. This time I’m not happy because the way she did my nails is a disaster. Super quick and not gentle. She was even talking to her phone while doing my nails. Not sure if I want to come back after that experience. I posted some photos for reference this is after a week I got my nails done. My skin was peeling and I got scars after it. However, I recommend going here for pedicures because her employees do a great job just tell them specifically what you want.

I’ve been going to this place on and off for years and they usually do a pretty good job. This time though, I did a short nail and they look very thick and chunky.
