don’t shop here. literally just purchased defectively packaged hair oil that spilled (like 30% of it) once I left the store. went right back in (literally 45 seconds later, I was parked outside) to exchange it and the owner and the cashier are giving me a hard time. I’ve patronized this establishment for my whole life (I live two blocks away) in Dorchester and am honestly disappointed at how racist and poorly minded the people who run this business are. update: after I stood there writing this review for ten minutes and posted it, I asked the token black girl (the one who works there but is somehow never at the register and is only there to answer black hair questions) for his name and she would not tell me. I asked the cashier (an Asian woman) for the owner’s name and she wouldn’t tell m

I only go with this hair supply store. They never disappoint me.

Got my Bi-gen temporary color and I'm happy that there is a selection for me. They have broad selection compared to other beauty supplies. I have to catch 2 separate forms of transportation in order to get here but it is worth it. I lucked up and got my oil that is for my hair and body so I was fortunate again twice over. Definitely be back next month. Go support kiki numerous items to get for hair and beauty.

Have been coming here for years. This will be my last time here as the owners do not care to loose their customers. I went with my recipt and items in same condition as I bought them and as soon as I told the gentleman at the front counter that I wanted to return the items he had an attitude and sour face. He then gave me a hard time to give me a refund and told me I should come back on Tuesday as the card on my receipt did not match with any of my cards which I have about 3 cards. He insisted that I should come back Tuesday as the cashier that rang me out would be back on that day. Moral of the story I asked him why I should be back if nothing on my receipt will change on that day.
