Just had a terrible customer service at this location by this person name McKenna. She refused to price adjust without the products. We just purchased 3 days back and they can see it online but she won’t price adjust. Kiehl’s also does not have a way to process adjust online like most retailers do. They have made it very difficult for us loyal customer.

Walked in to get a new moisturizer and the guy working was super sweet and helpful. Asked me what I was looking for in my product, confirmed I knew what I was looking for, suggested a got the holidays combo pack, and gave me free samples!

Review for Kiehl’s Boutique – Washington Square Mall I stopped by Kiehl’s at Washington Square Mall yesterday while shopping and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two incredibly sweet employees. They were welcoming, professional, and eager to help without being pushy. I had just made a few skincare purchases at a department store nearby, but after speaking with one of the Kiehl’s salespeople, I wished I had come here first. She was extremely knowledgeable, explaining the pros and cons of different products, including options for both men and women, those with SPF, body creams, eye creams, and moisturizers. She encouraged me to try the products, letting me smell and feel them, which made such a difference in my shopping experience

Heard amazing things about kiehls from my friends and some influencers I follow, I went in all excited to check out what they had but also no idea what to look for exactly, there was a Asian lady with a face mask that was not really interested to help, I’d ask her questions like “what’s your favorite product” and she’d respond to be cordial but you could tell she had no interest in helping me find something I’d like. When my friend pointed at products she thinks I’d like, I finally built up the courage to ask if I could test one of them and she stared at me thinking of how to respond, and she says they don’t give samples without purchase and minimum only give 3. I have no problem enforcing policies, but my friend was with me the whole time and she said every time she’s gone and even expres

Just now walked in to the location at Washington square mall and asked for a skin analysis, gal said she was not able to because she was short staffed. I was the ONLY customer in the store 😒. Then I asked about some products and she clearly was either not in the mood or did not want to take care of me. I have used Keihls for many many years and bad customer service has never been something I have dealt with. This location is definitely not one I will come back to.
