Kiehl's Since 1851

I saw that Kiehl’s did a free mini facial experience, and decided to go in today to try it! Jessica was amazing at telling me all about the products, listening to my skin concerns, and was very gentle applying all the products on my face! I was able to learn more about my skin and boost my skin hydration within minutes of trying their products. I would definitely recommend stopping by to learn more about your skin and to change up your skincare routine!

Josue at this Kiehl's location was amazing today. After a frustrating experience at another store, over a birthday perk (of all things :/), I called this location feeling pretty deflated. Josue was incredibly kind and patient, talking me through everything and completely turning my day around. His kindness saved me from feeling that i should write a negative review about the other location (who has time for that) and is the reason I'll continue to be a loyal customer. He's a true asset to the company!

As a last minute shopper I can say that this store has everything that is needed right in front of you. With the professional staff, you are able to get good service from professionals who understand a lot about skincare. The staff explain and go in depth on what is suited for your skin as well as what is recommended for day to day use. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly when you enter in. You are greeted, asked questions, and are showed how to apply their lotions. Overall planning on returning soon to get more products! love the overall energy from the store including the kind and welcoming staff.

Today, I had a return problem. The manager, Rihanna, couldn't have been more kind and accommodating. I can't say enough positive things about her. Kiehls is very lucky to have her represent their company.

There are a couple of Khiel's products I've repurchased several times over the years. Midnight recovery serum etc.. when I ran out the timing was good as they were having a 25% off sale. I'm so glad I came into the store a week or so ago, instead of ordering online as Ayahnna's customer service was superb. She was knowledgeable and informative gave me some tips about how to use one of the products I didn't think worked very well in the past, and she explained how to emulsify the moisturizer so that the skin absorbs it better. She took the time, and was professional, very pleasant and honest. This mall is a little oddly placed as it seems hidden behind the Bloomingdales. Quiet. Slow. But Khiel's has hired a good staff member. Makes the bricks and mortar a joy to visit. Easier than research
