Kiehl's Since 1851

I used to love Kiehl's. I've been a loyal customer for years. I walked in this store during a long layover, and the employee was hunched over the counter watching YouTube. I walked around for at least 3-4 minutes, picking up things. No eye contact. No greeting. I went to use a tester, and suddenly she was at my side, literally scolding me for using a tester without asking. I put it down and told her to have a nice day. And THAT was the end of my product loyalty to Kiehls.

The agent working here at Kiehl's at the BWI Airport needs extensive training in Customer Service. She is an extremely rude person; I can't believe she's an employee here, she makes Kiehl's look bad. Also, Their formulas have changed, and products are not consistent. It is really sad since I was a loyal customer. I will look elsewhere.

Nice store with helpful employees.

Visited to pick-up a few products on Wed prior to Thanksgiving. While the products are great, the associate was uninformed about the products and clearly appeared disinterested and annoyed that a customer was trying to buy products during her shift.

Great experience! The woman working was very polite and helpful!
