I had a skin analysis appointment here, and it was such a great experience. The gentleman suggested skin care tailored to my specific needs. It has been about a month since the appointment and my skin looks amazing. I have been using the moisturizer he recommended for me and I am so happy with the results. I took a lot of photos with family recently and my skin looked so smooth in all the photos. Thank you!!

I live near Americana and usually head to Sephora for my skincare needs. But this time I decided to check out Kiehl’s shop first since I had a few their products on my wish list. While I love Sephora, I've noticed it's becoming less appealing because of the greasy/well-used testers and half empty shelves due to poor restocking management. In contrast, Kiehl’s is a breath of fresh air with its cleanliness and welcoming staff. They generously gifted me a bunch of samples tailored specifically to my skin type. This store is making me want to stop buying Kiehl's. The last three times I visited, there was some problem - the register computers weren't working (twice), they couldn't access my rewards account (I had wanted to redeem it), the travel size items eligible for the rewards program are conveniently ALWAYS out of stock. I used to be glad that Kiehl's offers a recycling program and allegedly offers a reward for that - but in 2 years, I have yet to actually redeem my points at this Kiehls location. Disappointing and annoying

We stopped by out of curiosity since we heard they were doing healthy skin consultations all day. The two workers were only interested in talking to each other's and did not even acknowledge our existence. I refuse to shop somewhere where I don't even get a "hello".
