Kiehl's

Just been to Kiehl’s at this BocaRayon mall. Beatrice is nice and accommodating. I looked for the manager Chad but he is not there. This store has the most pleasant sales rep. Been to Kiehl’s store in Manhattan since I could not find my rice bran shampoo anywhere. Sales rep there are not as pleasant as this store. I always feel at home to buy from this store. Been to the Makato store in the Philippines as well and they were nice but hoping sales rep in Manhattan at will be as pleasant as other store worldwide. I always buy my shampoo to my lotion and facial care from Kiehl’s.

I payed for a gift set the shavers gift set to be precise. I asked for a gift rap and the lady did not want to do it I hade to persist and bring my grandmother to tell her something. She did not take me seriously just because I was a kid. She also did not understand when I asked her to put in my Kiehl’s account and I said it many times until a random person told her. She was rude and mean. Thankfully the product are great but the some of the staff is horrible.

Love this place! I wish the Florida locations add a Spa like they have in New York. Got here a bit late and the sales lady was. Extremely helpful and patient. Got a nice travel bag with goodies for Father's Day!!!!

23 years , a loyal and loved customer. But I do miss Barney's. I wish you would attach more then 4 pictures. I'm hosting 25 people at an Event and wanted you to see my table. I would love to praise Chadrick & Jon at Boca Town Center . I am your new poster girl Gale.

Great products but may have limit stock since such a busy airport! Roger is great! Would recommend visiting if you’re in the airport
