*23 December 2025* Always great customer service when I come here. I shop online and only come in-store to drop off my recyclables to earn points.

Kiehls is just next level. I've been ordering from them for about 18months but decided to try picking my order up from their Lenox store. It's nice to order online and still receive online discounts while picking up my items. I was in the store for hardly 2 minutes and left with my order. BtW, the store is near Bloomingdale's, not inside of Bloomingdales. I'm a huge fan of their scrub soap bar and facial fuel everything, but this maximum moisturizer body creme... I doubted the claims but it's true. 72 hour moisture. I'll sometimes look at my hands, feeling dry, expecting them to be ashy, but no. The price seems steep for a 'cup of lotion' but it lasts if you learn how to effielciently apply a quick absorbing creme. And best of all... no scent.

Arthur, the manager, is truly one of a kind and his team is equally exceptional. I have been shopping here for years. This is more than a store and brand that specializes in skincare. I consider this place more like a doctors office mixed with a friend’s place. They always have what I need and know how to treat any issues I may have as my skin and seasons change. I work outside, so I know the importance of proper care only because of Arthur and his team. The products are all of the highest quality with extremely reasonable prices. I am definitely a lifetime customer. Thank you Arthur, Christopher, and the rest of the staff for always being friendly, positive, and providing exceptional personalized service even during their busiest hours.

My first time at Kiehl's. I went there with a friend. Their sunscreen is much recommended, absorbs quickly and only a pea amount is enough. Their masks also seemed good. I didn't find much products for acne prone skin, will look thoroughly next time. The store consultant guy was very helpful, explained everything very clearly. Buying larger size or multiple items will give you 5 sample products you can choose yourselves. Larger size costs way extra which should be kept in mind.

Chanel and another gentlemen were such a big help. Customer service was amazing and she helped me not only with the products for pets, she introduced me to the men's bar soap and I LOVED everything. Definitely will be back to shop with them.
