I decided to take a chance after hearing quite a number of positive reviews and try it out myself. WeIl I must say I am glad I did! My experience was a good one. Lynn listened to what I was looking for and then proceeded to give me a style that I was picturing but had difficulty explaining. I couldn’t have asked for better. She gave me great insight into maintaining it a little longer to stretch out the time I between visits as well. Thank you again and I will definitely return again!

I guess I should have read the reviews before attempting an appointment. I scheduled an appointment at a specific time and received a confirmation via email. I arrived to my appointment 5 min prior and the salon was closed and dark. I text Lynn at 5:29 with no response and then called at 6:31. When she answered it sounded like I was bothering her. She claimed she had just left, but the salon was dark when I arrived 5 min prior to my appointment. I get stuff happens and things come up, but there was no remorse no apology, nothing. If you “just left” you should come back, but just casually asked if I could come back tomorrow. I drive 15 min one way with a 1 yr old for nothing with several other children at home, no I can’t just come back tomorrow. This is very unprofessional and not a way to

It's such a great place! I was able to book online and received a prompt reply. The owner is courteous, professional, and did a wonderful haircut for my daughter. We had a great "girl's day ". She even curled and sparkled her hair for New Years. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back, very happy.

I was really excited to take my kids for their first appointments at Kidz Kutz because I saw there were so many great reviews. It was disappointing that our experience was nothing like what I see other people have described. We got there 5 mins before our appt and Lynn wasn't there yet. Stuff happens, no big deal. Then the individual who let us into the salon (no idea if they worked there, didn't introduce themselves, I didn't know who they were/what role they had) told us they had to "go get" Lynn, and asked us to stay put in the salon - by ourselves, no other clients or staff around. Our first appointment, we had a great cut with the stylist (not the owner). However, there was a last-minute change in stylist, causing ours to be unable to get there until about 20 minutes after our appointment time. We received no communication. I called several times while waiting, and finally got through just before the stylist arrived. Today, we tried again, hoping it was a fluke. We had a scheduled appointment time which was confirmed via text. However, we received another text just before our appointment time cancelling. These issues in communication and scheduling are too difficult to navigate with a toddler, so we will not be going back.
