I had a booked appointment, I had confirmation texts to prove it and Instagram messages showing this, and they waited til I arrived at the time of my appointment to tell me I have no appointment anymore, that there was no time for me. Then the receptionist was rude and very uneager to make the situation right. I would not come back here because of them wasting my time with no attempt to apologize or make it up. I went to Utopia nails on green bay instead and the nail tech, Timmy, did a wonderful job! Would go back to Utopia!

I hate to leave this review, but i’m so disappointed in the way my gel-x nails held up after my appointment. These were one of my favorite sets to date and my second time trying gel-x. Unfortunately, three days after having these done both my thumb nails cracked off and i wasn’t rough with them at all. Super disappointing because i loved these nails and it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t be able to get them fixed for 5 more days due to the nail tech being booked and not being able to get them fixed by a different nail tech. I’m truly so sad because i loved these nails, but the way they held up after only a few days definitely wasn’t worth my money. The last gel-x set from a different nail tech held up for 3 weeks due to her tips being much stronger. I noticed these nails were more f

I like some of the techs in there it's a nice place but I came in for a fill and asked her if multicolored would be significantly more money or a big upcharge and she told me no. It ended up being 50- same as a brand new full set. She took a really long time shaping which I appreciate but I didnt want to sit there 2hrs for it to be a little jagged anyways... She cut my finger a bit but it happens. They look cool but I would have preferred them simpler if I knew they were still going to be jagged and that I'd have to pay that much more.

I scheduled my appointment 1 week in advance for my sister and I. The appointment was for 2 gel pedicures, 1 dip manicure and 1 gel x set. We arrived 5 minutes early and were taken to get our pedicures first. My sister had someone attend to her right away, while I waited 10 minutes before someone came to me. The women who worked on my pedicure was named Daniella. She took about 50% of my old gel polish off my toes and then started to push my cuticles back. She was pushing nail polish into my cuticles so I asked her “can you fully remove my nail polish? i dont think you can fully get my cuticles if there’s still nail polish on my toes”. Y’all, they killed it. Took my mom for Mother’s Day. We usually go to utopia but couldn’t get an appt 2 weeks in advance (went today not on Mother’s Day). Sophie and Belle did our pedicures and they were both total perfectionists. They used a sugar scrub that was heavenly. Felicia did my nails (pink and purple) and Sophie did my mom’s nails (rainbow). Again, both perfectionists. I’ve never loved my nails more. Everyone was so nice and we talked to the owner for a while before we left. See you in 3 weeks ladies!! 🖤
