Used to like this place and come when I lived nearby. But the quality has gone downhill. I asked for full face waxing and only realized too late that they had me in for threading (sometimes a “full face waxing” includes threading of some parts - I thought they were starting with that first!). The lady said afterwards that they were out of wax - that was not communicated to me. And tons of cuts that usually doesn’t happen to me.

First time coming here. I had been going to a salon in Palo Alto for years, but I don’t go that far anymore. Searching for a new place and stumbling across this salon. My technician was quick, efficient and very sweet. Eyebrow and upper lip threading was mostly painless. Will be returning for my clean up next month.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new red highlights! Deep did an amazing job listening to my vision and creating a color that perfectly suits me. He went above and beyond, working past closing hours to ensure I was completely satisfied. His attention to detail and skill are exceptional. Every waxer here is great and the customer service is also great. They are very attentive and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for threading or waxing!
