Key Nails

No appointment, but I got lucky and they took me right away. The tech was quiet and stand-offish, but I’m not a big talker so that was fine. She did exactly as I asked, and checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with them. She did nick my one finger ( never even felt it) but was super apologetic, and applied antiseptic to it right away. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to them for years for a monthly pedicure and they never disappoint. The honey pedicure is the best! They just did my nails for my wedding and they understood the assignment 💅🏼

This looks horrible! It was the guy there who did my nails and it looks like he doesn’t know how to do nails so upset! Won’t be retuning there again

I had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. The service was acceptable. The staff did what was expected. Nothing more, nothing less. Nothing noteworthy. Minimal interaction of any kind. The services provided were merely adequate, also. Everything appeared very clean & organized. I did like they're Clearly listed prices and package options. I, personally, had the $45 pedicure (pedicure price starts at $25 for basic pedi). This included scrubs, wax dip, and hot towels. Also, the massage chairs are in good working order and comfortable. The eyebrows were done efficiently and, again, the results were acceptable but nothing to write home about.

Never again. Got a basic pedicure with 2 designs which were very basic flowers. The designs were done in all white, no color at all, which I would have preferred. I felt very rushed. Mind you, i was the only one in there the entire time. Not to mention they cut my pinkie toe which was bleeding, and I got no apology or acknowledgement. Ridiculous.
