Kevin's Nails

So I went in here to get a pedi today, and normally, I have a great experience here, but today I felt disappointed. The nail tech that did my pedi tried really hard. But my toes did not turn out shortened or rounded shaped. Normally when I come out of this shop my feet feel like a million bucks, but today not even all the polish was still on them when I left. Not trying to be a Karen but this is something I only allow myself every 3-4 months so when I pay for it, I want it to look great!

They posted false nails on their website then said they couldn’t do my nails that I showed them because they were similar to the ones they had posted. There are several air bubbles and streaks, I had the new picture that I had to find on my phone open for her to see, but she did not finish the design fully.

Vivian was amazing! She was personable and made sure I absolutely loved my nails. Donna did my eyebrows and is always phenomenal. My daughter had another technician but we forgot to get her name!! She also did a super fabulous job! Thank you all for always putting your customers first. 🩵❤️💜

Love this place. They do a fabulous job. I told her to surprise me and she did!!! My Xmas nails are beautiful!!!

Don’t waste your time. There is probably only 1 or 2 people in there that can do nails properly. For the price you pay you would hope to get clean new tools but no the just spray them and use them on the next person. I asked for regular polish and this is what I got for $70
