Kevin's Haircuts

I’m honestly very disappointed with the way I was treated today at Kevin Haircuts. It was 6:27 PM and the shop closes at 7 PM. The door was already locked, even though there were still three clients inside. I completely understand that if you already have several clients, you might go past closing time to finish with them. That’s normal, and I respect that. But at least have the decency to come to the door and say something like, “Sorry, we already have a full schedule and we won’t be able to take anyone else today.” Instead, they clearly saw me trying to open the door and just ignored me. Two other people came after me and the same thing happened to them. No explanation, no acknowledgment, nothing. I’ve been coming here regularly for haircuts, so this felt very disrespectful. I am very pleased every time I take my kids here. Jordyn has been cutting my son’s hair for years! We followed Jordyn from the old place she worked at and have had the best experience always. She is one of the best! My son has some sensory issues and she is always so patient and gets him to get it done even when he is struggling to do so. Thank you for always making my little guys look so handsome! Never had a bad cut! We love Jordyn!

I’m not the type to post reviews, however, I feel compelled to praise Jordan for her incredible patience with my two (quite energetic) sons. She is a great person to bring your kids to for a fantastic haircut. My kids actually now look forward to going to Kevin’s. Thank you Jordan for your professionalism and attention to detail.

As usual, EXCELLENT! I recently noticed a few bad reviews from customers w Kevin’s. I was shocked. I’ve been a customer for approximately a decade and have always received great service. My son and I recd cuts on 12/6 and as every other time, el-perfecto!

This place is horrible. There was three of us standing out there at 6:37 PM when the door says it’s closed at 7 pm and the lady was extremely rude saying we’re not taking any more customers today ( even though there was nobody inside the building, except for the two lady’s working). she stated You can come back tomorrow Or not! What Happened to this place this used to be an awesome environment. I’ve been coming here for years and be treated like that. Unacceptable. 1-It is unacceptable to talk to somebody like that. When all I was trying to do is get a haircut and the door was locked at 6:37 PM. 2-Why does the sign on the door say open until 7 PM when you’re closing at 6:30? 3- I stronglysuggest the owner fires the two girls working today, September 4, 2025 because clearly they’re not val
