I am so sad to post this review. This use to be my favorite place to get my hair braided. Mary has lost her touch and refuses to admit it. When I told her I didn’t not like my hair she told me it was my fault. The parting was huge and the braids were loose. She was very rude and dismissive. My family has had similar problems. Never again!

Over the phone they told me 200 got there it was 210 when I asked what was the length for that price it was the top of my shoulder she said if you want it longer it will be 250 I agreed parts and braids are big then when I went back to get it fixed she tried to tell me there is nothing wrong with it when it's two different sizes

I had an appointment with a lady name Mary I think. She was almost an hour late, and when I asked her what was the price for the style. She told me 50 on the phone but 60 once I arrived. I explained our conversation to her, and that's when she started to be unprofessional. She asked me why did I ask for the price if she already told me over the phone. I explained that my son's hair is short and the price could have changed once she actually saw it. I don't carry cash so I wanted to have the exact amount. She told me if I wasn't happy with her price that I can get out. I felt so disrespected. Am I not allowed to ask questions? Lady tried to play me like I was broke when I could buy her building today, and make her go back to wherever she came from. She had the nerve to tell me she has a goo

She was late and rude. Unprofessional. She kept saying she was 5 minutes away but showed up 30 minutes late. I asked for the price to see if it would be different from the price given over the phone because it was hard for me to describe the style over the phone. She quoted my son 20$ more and I asked why. If anything it should have been less. The lady went off and told me to leave her shop if I didn't like her prices. I tried to explain why I asked twice, but she cut me off and told me to leave. Waited all that time for her to show up and she had the nerve to be rude. Obviously, she was having a bad day but why take it out on your customer? I told her she was wrong and she said she didn't care because she has a good clientele. Customer services is essential; I do not recommend. Not to men
