I got this hairdo (Senegalese twists) done back in Oct 2018. The lady that did my hair was great! She had gentle hands which is a huge plus as I’m very tender headed. She worked on my hair alone, so it took a good 7-8hrs. The woman was also kind and considerate by asking me if I wanted to add a color, which I did. (I wish I remembered her name :S)

Again another disappointment. I’ve been coming to Fatou’s shop for years. I went just last week to get my hair braided for my birthday, I specifically asked would Fatou be able to braid my hair? She stated she could. I get to my appointment there’s Three other appointments and of course I ended up waiting an hour and 20 minutes, only for the lady to come in with a very rude, very unpleasant disposition. She asked could I wash my hair? I asked how much? $ 20 extra dollars??? I told her I could go wash my hair and come back- she then began yanking my hair, and her attitude continued. Now during this time I’ve already mentioned several times that I wanted box braids. From the way she was parting I could tell that this was not going to be what I wanted seeing how quickly she was moving throu

They tell you they will make you an appt and don't know you when you come in, also they tell you they can do every style just to get the money and they don't know how to do it. It's okay to say I can not do that style then to make your customer upset and embarrassed about their hair. I know it should never take 4 1/2 hours to do crochet hair and it does NOT require glue!! I am an honest person so I paid but I deserve my money back! Sadly they don't know I am a Lawyer's daughter.

They do not know how to braid evenly i went here to get my hair braided and there was braids bigger then other ones in my hair, I had to go back up there 3 different times and they still messed up my hair, the lady did knotless and box in my head and thought I would see the difference STAY AWAY from this place if you could they used to much Gel on my hair just a mess

I’m disappointed to have paid $200 on Saturday and 6 of my braids have already come out. The hair quality isn’t great, and for the amount I’ve paid the braids should’ve been braided more at the ends. The top half of the braids are nice but wow service means nothing apparently!
