Ketty V3 Nail & Spa

I wish they soak your fingers before cutting and pushing away on your cuticles but overall they are pretty good. I like Owen, he takes his time, he focus on your nails and he makes sure every nail is even and shaped perfectly. Pretty good nail salon to go to around this area.

Everything started off great. She removed my ingrown nails and did so magnificently. I asked for a natural base (light pink) but see through so you could still see my natural nail. They apparently didn’t have that so they chose something else for me (I didn’t know that until I looked down and she was nearly done setting my gel pedi. I told her I didn’t like it and wanted clear if they couldn’t achieve what I had shown them. That’s where everything took a turn. She filed off that pasty, solid bubblegum pink they decided to use and dug her fingernails into the underneath of my toes. I told her it hurt and she stopped. She grabbed my legs to move them in a rough and rude manor. I asked if she was still going to do the Mickey design on each toe and to be honest I don’t think anyone told her ab

I’ll start by saying that I never write reviews.Ive been to Ketty nails multiple times and for the most part I’ve had great experiences. However, Tonight I had a gel pedicure with “Mia”. I paid extra for the upgraded one like I always do. This is the same pedicure I get Everytime. From the start I was very confused about what she was doing. I had trouble following her direction because it was not at all what I’ve had done in the past. I didn’t want to be rude so I went with it. She messed up on my toe nails multiple times and had to remove the polish and re-do it a couple times with multiple corrections aside from that. The rest of the pedicure was basically just a ridiculous amount of lotion on my legs that she just let sit. she did the paraffin treatment for about 10 seconds each heel,

Update: This is now my go to nail salon! I’ve been back multiple times since; love these nails and the quality is always amazing! I recently went to Ketty twice for the first time. The first night I went with my friend and got a basic pedicure, which turned out great and relaxing. The next day I went back to get ANC nails. The woman that worked on my nails did an excellent job! I asked for a candy corn design (a double ombré which isn’t often asked for) and, it took her a few times to get it right, but I loved and appreciated that she didn’t stop trying until it was perfect! Very pretty and it was a great experience. I will come back and I recommend!

I have been going to Ketty Nails for years now, and I can’t believe I’m just getting around the leaving a review. No matter who you work with, you won’t be disappointed. My husband even comes with me for pedicures every few months! I usually do ANC, or gel, and they’re so thorough, and always want to make sure you’re walking out the door happy with you nails!
