I would like to start by saying that my experience at Kens Beauty would have been a 5-star visit, especially considering it was my first time ever in the store. However, the customer service I received from the store manager was very disappointing. I was dissatisfied with her attitude when I asked a question, especially since this location was the only store in the area that had the items I needed. At first, I thought it might have just been my experience, but I later referred a friend to the store for the same items, and she received the same disappointing treatment from the store manager. I often come here and spend most of my money on products from this store because customer service I was always awesome. There was a lightskinned bigger woman with an accent there today who was VERY RUDE. It’s my birthday and I was looking for a wig. I asked to see 3 wigs and she huffs and puffs and says I’m wasting her time and walks away as I am asking for help. She then sent the other black woman to help me which she was very sweet but it was too late because the disrespect already occurred and I made up in my mind at that moment I was done . I asked to speak to the manager but they were not in so this is why I’m leaving a review. I will never spend a dime in any establishment who disrespects customers. My go to place 💯 They always have a sale going. My whole family love this place as well. Trina assisted me with the right crochet mini locs color and quantity I need to complete my new style. Of course It was time new scented oils and the selection Trina showed me was THE one!! My boo not gonna be able to keep hands off me👌🏽♥️

Sania was the BEST sales associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was more than helpful, patient and overall a joy. Every sales rep should take a their work ethic from her. I give her A++++++
