Kenny Nails

I used to go to Kenny nails 4 years ago. I stopped for a reason. Well I just went back and got an just got an overlay. They started coming up in days. I went back today to get them filled because it had been two weeks and I couldn’t take them snagging on my hair anymore and I will never go back. 1 he filed my finger and blamed it on me. 2 he told my two year old if he doesn’t behave the lady is going to kick his butt. My two year old is sweet and very well behaved. 3 I wanted a natural pink and he put pepto pink on my nails. I was go mad about what he said to my son I just wanted to get out of there. I just want to cry.

Let me just say this review is not meant to be vicious in anyway. Kenny is a really funny guy he made me feel at ease. However that’s where it ends he cut every singe one of my fingers if not once twice they looked like squares. And the powder was uneven in my nail bed. I went back told him I would like them removed he argued with me told me that it was where I chew my nails...No! It’s not. I have been to some salons that were not so good but this one takes the cake. He did soak off my nails for me and refund me $30. I hope this helps someone else my nails look disfigured and I can’t go and get them redone because they are so badly cut.

I have been going to them for years. They are friendly and actually talk to you Kenny is hilarious. I read a comment that said he mumbles about you Kenny will tell you how it is other more expensive salons don't engage with you and don't think they are not talking about you cause they are. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!! I am outside of the shop as I type because Kenny is the rudest person I have ever met. I would like to start off with the fact that the tips for acrylic nails are awful and cheap, his application is terrible and leaves your nails looking dented and on top of that he can not shape your nails at all. He burned my nails with the drill multiple times and just kept slapping my hand to " relax ". I asked him to please straighten my thumbs because they looked awful, but I was not going to be too picky considering a full set is literally $25, but that should've been a red flag. Anyways, when I kindly asked him to please straighten my thumbs he told me I was " too much " and made me take my nails off. I walked out because the solution was

Let’s start by saying this is not a fancy led lighted chandelier type of nail salons. It’s very quaint but the people make it great. Kenny is very personable and funny. I don’t get fancy nails but I get a gel pedicure every 2 weeks and eyebrow waxing. Great prices and always a great conversation
