I haven’t had my haircut in many years because I was scared. I had short hair since 6th grade and had been growing it out for about 3 years and only had it cut once. I decided today it needed to be done. I booked an appointment and chose Nikki. She talked me through everything, made me feel good about my decision, and absolutely did an amazing job! She’s a great conversationalist, she’s super sweet, she takes her time, and exceeded my expectations! She made me feel at ease. I don’t normally leave reviews but she deserves one. I will be going back to her! This is my hair before and after. She’s is phenomenal and I highly recommend!

I got so lucky when I had chosen Niya to cut my hair last year for my graduation. Since I could remember, I've always struggled to find someone to cut my hair with layers that looked good once I've straightened it. With my curly hair its hard to tell if the layered haircut was good until I straighten it. I haven't had that problem since she began cutting my hair, she's left it perfect every time. Besides the skills of doing curly cuts on my hair, she's very kind and doesnt hesitate to help teach me how to make my hair look as good as how I leave from the salon (how to get my curls to look good). :)

Such an amazing experience! Niya did a beautiful perm for my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was incredibly patient, took her time, and made sure everything was done carefully and thoughtfully. What I really appreciated was how she explained how to style and care for my perm afterward—her tips were so helpful and easy to follow. I never felt rushed and felt completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring stylist.

I scheduled a 1:45 PM appointment for my mom at Kenneth’s because my wedding is tomorrow and she needed her hair done. We were told that time was available and the appointment was confirmed. She arrived for her scheduled appointment and was told they did not have time to take her because the stylist had back to back clients. That is not an acceptable excuse. If there was no time available, the appointment should never have been booked. Turning someone away after confirming a time, especially the day before a wedding, is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. This caused unnecessary stress during an important moment for our family. I am very disappointed in how poorly this was handled and how little accountability was shown.

Mikayla gave me a spiral perm today and it looks amazing. She is a very talented stylist and I highly recommend her for your salon needs. And to add to that she is so kind, patient and a pleasure speaking with. Wow, I love my new look, thanks Mikayla!
