I got my hair done on a Tuesday and by Friday a few had slideout and some just unravel. I do have soft short hair, but I've had micro braids, faux locs, goddess locs, and two strand twist. All my styles was long to my mid back. They all lasted at least a month or longer before I any would start sliding out. Not happy because I got my hair done for my vacation that is in a week and I spent way to much and it hasn't lasted a week after I had it done.

I have been dealing with Mrs. Kenie since my daughter was 4 and now she is 15. Mrs. Kenies started my loss and I cut them off 2 years ago, to get a fresh start. Mrs. Kenie always have great advice for everyone about there hair. I work in a restaurant setting so she or Victoria always do me right. I would always recommend her shop to all I know, very professional. I will be making an appointment soon, oh my son also get his lock done there, she started them also.

Kenie is my stylist that I've been going to for 12 years and, I don't want anyone else to touch my head other than her. However, she does have other excellent braiders available and many other services too. She's has the best braiding techniques, meticulous, and long lasting installs. And, she's also educated me on how to take care of my hair as she helps it to grow out with the protective styles that I choose. Kenie has offered wonderful suggestions for hair and beauty products to help prolong the longevity of the hair and the installation. I keep coming back to her for obvious reasons; she's just excellent at her craft and it shows through her finished work. My appointment was at 9am. Service didn't get started until nearly 10am. I got boho braids. No big deal. I did not get a choice on braid size, the style was way too full for my liking. And the worse part is eating while doing my hair. I couldn't help feeling disgusted that the woman was literally eating handheld foods while doing my hair. I wanted my braids to my shoulders and regardless that she was told of the size I wanted she still did what she wanted to do, the braids are nearly to my butt. I don't argue and just decided to pay my debt and leave. 1 and done for me 💯💯💯 I love the neatness of the parts and the 6 hours of service but that's about it. I am grateful that my hair is done

I had a few issues that I brought up to Kenie and she asked me to contact her to fix it. She apologized for the incidents and made it right the same day. I appreciate her business practices.
