Kendra is a truly gifted and talented healer. I have been working with her for years and she always has a trick to cure whatever muscle ailment I have whether it be a tight neck or a pulled hamstring or even vertigo! She’s great at mixing it up so you are always doing something different. Kendra obtaining a massage therapist license is icing on the cake! Her knowledge of how muscles and tissues connect make her an amazing masseuse. She also has a very calm demeanor and listens to what you want. I highly recommend Kendra!

Kendra changed my life. I started seeing her 8 months post-partum (second child) and I was in PAIN. I had a 4.5 finger recti diastasis and developed an umbilical hernia with my second pregnancy. I was cleared to start exercising but didn’t know where to start with all the changes to my body. I was scared to make the diastasis worse. I scheduled a consultation with Kendra and knew I wanted to work with her immediately. She KNOWS the body and how it’s supposed to function. We’ve been working together for almost two years now and I’ve learned so much about myself, how I move, the proper way to move, and gained so much strength. I’m a whole different mama. I can't recommend Kendra enough - as a massage therapist and as a personal trainer. I started seeing her for training, as a mom who wanted to focus on strengthening my body without getting hurt in group classes. I've since added on massage sessions which are magical. Kendra is incredibly knowledgeable about the body - she immediately finds what is tight or misaligned and works with you to make changes. She works through the tight muscles in a massage and then creates a personalized work out in my training sessions. I went to Kendra regularly for massages when she was still getting cerified, and they were still the best massages I've ever had! I told her I know what Beyoncé feels like after having a massage now - a total VIP! Kendra helped alleviate any aches & pains I had, and gave me the most relaxing experience to boot.
