Kemper Pond Office Park

I feel compelled to write a review about the Kemper Pond office building—not about the businesses that occupy it, but about the building itself. From the outside, it’s nothing remarkable: a two-story, 1970s brutalist-ish structure with pink brick, vertical pink fin-like columns, and thick white stucco banding at the top. However, the real magic happens once you step inside. Passing through the vestibule (there’s an entrance on either side), you’re transported into an unexpected indoor oasis—a space filled with live palm trees, a meandering pond stocked with koi, and inviting patio furniture beneath suspended canopies. I am currently a tenant here and have been once in the past as well. Great atmosphere, responsive and personal staff, and really cool office spaces. Julie the manager has been really flexible with us as we grow and our office space needs change. Highly recommended.

Julie (the office manager) is awful. She is extremely disrespectful when communicating with others. The one building is beautiful but the others aren't always well taken care of, neither is the trail kept up. Would likely enjoy the office park if Julie were decent and would address concerns with professionalism. The beauty of the place has nothing to do with her and is not worth being spoken down to.

While the space is nice, I was not impressed with Julie who is the office park manager. My company was looking for office spaces, so I decided to look at this office park as I know several tenants who have office spaces at Kemper Pond. As someone who was in real estate, there were some red flags and lack of professionalism that were displayed by Julie that I observed in person and through hearing stories from individuals I know at Kemper Pond. During my tour, it seemed like Julie was just trying to lease office spaces and not putting effort in ‘selling’ the property. Asking questions about the lease and office features seemed to burden and irritate her as she was combative with her responses. I asked to read the lease and she refused to let me read it unless I intended to sign the lease.

I've been at Kemper Pond Office Park for over 5 years now and absolutely love it. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. The staff/crew is very friendly and anytime something is needed they are quick to answer and resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for office space.
