Kelly's Nails

I stopped to get toe nails painted. At 5:25. They told me they closed in 5min and lots of people still ahead. There was 3 people in the place, they were almost done. The hours say 7p on close time. There was no sign up saying closing early. The OPEN sign was still on!!! If this tells you how they treat the business, imagine how they treat customer! Super sad. Wont be back.

Got a fullset and a pedicure. Pedicure service was great. No complaints. Full set was a little thicker than I typically like. The fit to my nail beds weren't exact on some fingers which added to the bulky look of the nails. They weren't the worst set I've ever received but not the best either.

It could have been a little cleaner overall one of my favorite. Will continue to come back.

I've been coming to this nail shop for 18 years. I have spent thousands of dollars in this nail shop. But yall wanted to charge me $90 for the same 2 services I've been getting for years for $55. I paid it. But trust and believe you have lost a loyal customer. The paint job isn't even and its all jacked up. I can't believe that you all did me this way after all of these years. Trust and believe it will be your loss and not mine. There's hundreds of nail shops in mobile bye!!!

They are horrible I was accused of walking out and stole from them and I’m telling her that it was not me and all 3 of the workers saying it was me and she ft her boss and her boss said it wasn’t me and tried to do my nails but before she wouldn’t touch me I showed her the receipt of me paying the last time I was there and the picture of my nails and she said that my race we are all staring to look alike so since I’m black it was me? Yes I am not letting this go! So since I’m black I walked out so if I were you do not waist your time going there if you don’t want to be accused
