I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I paid $65 for a full set of nails, Right from the beginning, I noticed the nails were applied incorrectly — especially my right thumb, which was visibly bent and tilting to the left. I repeatedly told her that the nails were not applied straight and needed to be fixed properly, but instead of correcting the base, she just kept adding more powder to cover the issue, which didn’t help at all. When I calmly explained the problem again, instead of trying to fix it professionally, she became defensive and started misbehaving with me. Things escalated to the point where I had to start recording because the attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. HORRIBLE!!!! She didn’t know what powder to use on my nails!! She went on my skin with the tools 5 TIMES!!!!!! From RUSHING AFTER ASKING HER TO SLOW DOWN!!!! SHE DID ALL OF MY FRENCHTIPS CROOKED!! I ASKED FOR DESIGN COLOR SHE COLORED MY NAILS SO SLOPPY I COULDNT DEAL WITH IT ANYMORE!’ THW OWNER CAME AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE! I came in as a walk-in since the nail salon looked empty. I wasn’t greeted, and the 4 workers just looked at me very unwelcomed. Okay, I get it, but you guys weren’t busy at all nor with any clients/customers. The nail polish fume was very strong, so while I was getting a pedicure, I started getting a headache and feeling nauseous 🤢. After the coworkers noticed I covered my nose with my shirt, they all looked at me and started talking about me in their language and began laughing. Like they made it so obvious they were talking about me. How rude. It made me so uncomfortable. On top of that, the lady doing my pedicure took 1 hour and 10 minutes to do it and didn’t even polish my nails correctly. Usually, a pedicure takes around 30 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this place. I had a terrible experience!!.. this place is really dirty and the people are rude. They rush you to get you out of the door. I went there with my mother to get pedi and SNS. The lady doing my pedi got up in the middle of the session to "clean up the place". She grabbed the cup of water that some client left on the counter and dumped the water into my pedi bowl. The manager did my SNS nails and she made a mess (I tried to upload pictures, but It would not let me). The powder were stuck all over my nails and to clean up the mess she did, she started to file the border of my nails and cut me several times. Sweetest and most professional staff you’ll find in the Lawrenceville area. Yes, the place looks a little older but the service is outstanding. I’m all about customer service and care so I always come here for my pedicure. This place is never overly packed. The wait is very reasonable and they take their time with you when it’s your turn. It never feels like a rushed service (like other places that want you in and out of their chair) and I’m always happy when I leave. If you want to treat and pamper yourself to an inexpensive self care day, I highly recommend coming here!
