POOR HAIR CUT / REFUSED REFUND The previous hairstylist who I was going to at the salon left and they got a new hairstylist that I was recommended to. I chose to stick with the salon as I love the location and my previous hairstylist and trusted their recommendations. However, I received a very poor haircut where my facial framing was not blended and was uneven on both sides. I reached out to the salon, asking for a different hairstylist to fix this. Without calling me back they had the hairstylist who gave me the poor haircut reached out to me offering to fix it. I was trying to avoid this awkward confrontation. She was was very kind however, I would have to drive out to Deland to get it fixed. This simply was not a reasonable option to me. As I choose to get my haircut in the winter P

Kell and her team are true artists and professionals when it comes to all things hair and makeup. As a longtime client of Kell’s who now lives out of state, I always make it a priority to make a hair appointment with her anytime I am back in Florida. Kell did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I could not have been happier - I felt and looked gorgeous. The salon is beautiful and I always feel welcome.

So let me begin with something no hair salon ever has done for me, getting to know ones hair and character in such a detailed way. I have had thin hair all my life and finally just started going to Kell's since 2015 and I have never experience such a wonderfully surprising change in my hair. Yes, this absolutely changed my outlook on myself, my esteem and my love for my hair! She is absolutely amazing in her up to date style (which is so obvious to see) but for me, its the way she got to know my hair in a way I never knew in my own 24 years! And seriously I know she has so many clients in between, but yet when I see her, she always makes it about me every time. She has this incredible gift of being able to empathize with my exact feelings about my hair that I feel like I don't require

Kell is one of a kind! I unfortunately haven't been able to go to her since I left Florida in 2015. Since then I haven't been able to find anyone who matches her professionalism and skill. Every time I try a new place where I'm at I leave a little disappointed that they don't match what I used to get with Kell - which is what prompted me to write this review! She's wonderful at listening to what you want while also using her extensive knowledge and experience to recommend the right color, treatment, cut, etc. I can't recommend her enough!

This salon was very beautiful and comfy. My stylist was venessa and she did an amazing job with my full head of highlights, cut wash and blow dry. Loved the experience and place. I highly recommend setting up an appointment today 😊
