Have been a tenant of KEI Properties for over 5 years now at their Aventura location. Any issue that we have ever had, gets dealt with immediately. The landlord Rebecca also is a great manager and takes care of things in fairly and is always honest. Strongly Recommend!

As a new tenant under Kei Properties, I am beyond impressed by the extraordinary attention that I have received and most importantly, the exceptional response time. I have been a business owner for over a decade, and have leased offices from other Property Management companies. Although content with their services, I was never impressed. Mainly due to lack of communication and/or delayed responses. On the other hand, Kei Properties has shown to be punctual and respond in a timely manner to all of my questions and concerns.
