Keep Them Sharp Barber Supply

Went in to pick up my clippers from being serviced. Tried to pay with my business card and was declined that they would only accept cash or Zelle. Keep in mind I have spent over $1,000 at this specific location buying new clippers and equipment with my business card before to just become a sudden inconvenience. To not have a solution or even do a one time exception is unprofessional. For the great staff that have helped please be more informative with how the cleaning or clipper services work as I was not aware. As a business owner myself I will always find a solution rather then just let the customer walk.

Drove 35 min out of the way during traffic hour to come buy some new tools just to find out that they had closed early. Apple Maps says they close at 6 however their door had the closing hours scribbled out and changed to 5. It was 4:40 when I got there super inconvenient.

Lalo is a great salesman. Always have good energy and makes me want to buy more than I need.
