Keep It Cut - Phoenix/Encanto

Bella is truly amazing. I’ve had bad experiences with other stylists at other locations and a few times with some at Keep It Cut. But Bella is consistently great with customer service, styling and overall experience. I’ll be selecting her every time.

Had a hair appointment for my son at 5:50p and arrived a little late (10 minutes) and Francis asked for my name and then told me “your late your appointment, you missed the whole thing.” I asked if they had any other appointments for the rest of the evening because they closed at 8pm and she said “no we have nothing left” and walked away. I looked online and they had two appointments available. I asked a different lady who worked there who was a lot nicer and booked it for me. Do not see Francis, she had really bad customer service. I understand we were late, and I totally would have re-booked, but to talk to customers like that was off putting. I definitely won’t book with her again for my son or husband.

This is a tough review to write, because the staff here is absolutely fantastic. Every time I've gone in, the barbers have been incredibly skilled, professional, and friendly. They do great work, and I've always been happy with my haircut. If this review were just for them, it would be five stars without a doubt. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior makes it impossible for me to give this business my support. The atmosphere they create completely overshadows the great work being done by everyone else. A great haircut isn't worth it if the environment is so disrespectful. While the barbers themselves deserve all the credit in the world, I'm giving a one-star rating because the owner's actions make it a place I can't, in good conscience, recommend. Danielle at Keep It Cut Encanto is my girl. I show up once a week, sit down, and she knows what to do. No awkward small talk, no scheduling stress—just good vibes, great haircuts, and feeling like I’ve just had a great time at a comedy club with clippers. 10/10!!

I have the monthly memebership for about $39. Come in twice a month well worth the money. Set appointment in and out, get a great hair. I travel from Scottsdale to get a Hannah hair cut.
